Mrs. Palmer has a bachelor's degree in history and political science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and law degree from the University at Buffalo. Mrs. Palmer worked as an attorney until she had children, then she became a preschool teacher and a substitute teacher. For the past eight years she has worked as an ed tech at Leroy H. Smith School in Winterport. She is now working on her master's in special education. Mrs. Palmer is also a busy mother of three wonderful children, two in college and one in middle school. In her spare time she enjoys theater, swimming, reading, and spending time with her family.
